School Complaints Procedure Policy


We are very proud of our school’s reputation, and take any concerns or complaints very seriously.  To ensure that we receive, process and respond to any issues correctly we have a robust policy in place that guides our actions.


This policy details how any concern, complaint or allegation received by the school should be handled. It covers different types of complaint, considers the range of appropriate courses of action, and also the agreed point at which the local education authority should be involved.
